• You may respond publicly to reviews in a professional manner
• You may report reviews you believe violate our guidelines
• You may not offer incentives for positive reviews or removal of negative reviews
• You may not retaliate against tenants for their reviews

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of user-submitted reviews
• The accuracy of property information or landlord details
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements

Reviews reflect the opinions of individual users and may not represent the current state of a property or landlord.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Borrowed Bricks Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
